Delivery Procedures
We guarantee delivery of all orders placed before 12:00 noon by 5:30 pm with the following limitations:

.  We require the phone number of the person receiving the order at the place of delivery. We do not send orders without having contacted the receiver to ensure that the delivery will be successful.

.  If we cannot contact the recipient on the given day, we will try the following day.

.  Unless otherwise specified in the order details, the order will be filled as soon as possible, as per above guidelines.

.  We will do our best to complete short notice orders and orders for a specific narrow time window if specified, however we cannot guarantee them.

.  The order must be paid before it is sent out.

.  All deliveries are made within our store opening hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Saturdays 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.

.  The delivery must be to addresses within the city limits of Kingston, Ontario, Canada.

.  Deliveries farther outside of the city can be arranged, however not online, please call us at 613-531-8700 or 1-888-360-1118 Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Saturdays 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. We are usually closed on Statutory Canadian and Ontario Holidays. We will be open Sunday February 14 th , 2010 for Valentine's Day.

.  Hospital regulations require that:

- We CANNOT send cut flowers to the hospitals unless they are in a vase or container, if you order a hand-tied arrangement we will change the order to something in a vase. The size of the resulting arrangement will likely be smaller.

- We have to substitute any excessively fragrant flowers, for allergic reasons.

.  Our standard online fee for delivery (shipping and handling) within Kingston city limits is $8.40 GST included. 

.  We do not offer floral wire services, we suggest you find a florist near your intended recipient's address and order from them. This will save you wire service fees as well.

 

 

 

DISCLAIMERS: The pictures in our shopping section are for general guidance with regards to shape and size of the arrangement ordered. You will be prompted during the ordering process to state any special requirements regarding colour scheme or specific species of flowers you would like included if possible. We will do our best to replicate the arrangements as pictured, however flowers are a seasonal product and not all flowers are available all the time. You should also note that if you specify blooms that do not appear in the photo, that happen to be a premium cost, the arrangement may end up being smaller in size (for example: if you specify orchids instead of carnations).

Sales tax will be added to your order at the rate of 13% (5% Canadian Goods and Services Tax (GST) and 8% Ontario Provincial Sales Tax (PST).

If you include your contact phone number with your order we will try to contact you if our available selection of flowers does not allow us to fulfil your order to our satisfaction.

We guarantee we will do our best to ensure that you and the recipient are happy with the the order.
